Tapas Style Plates
Tapas style dining is still the rage and we're pleased to be able to put together some selections for serving Spanish style tapas of every description, from finger foods to salads... marinades, pates, toast, tarts, sauced dishes and even soups. Originally from Spain, the word "tapa" means "cover." Drinks were traditionally covered with a card and then topped with a few olives or a piece of cheese. Bigger portions create meals that are customarily shared. Today, many Spaniards go for tapas in lieu of dinner... a wonderful tradition that has finally made its way westward! We're pleased to present tapas style plates, some of which are limited in quantity so don't delay.
